- Contact details — your name and phone number, collected when you verify your account via a one-time password (OTP) and when you place a booking request.
- Location — your device's approximate or precise location and/or the pincode / area name you enter, used to show services, prices, and offers available in your area.
- Booking details — the services you request, address you provide for the visit, preferred date and time, and your booking history.
- Device and usage data — a device push-notification token (so we can send you booking updates), an anonymous installation identifier, device platform, and in-app events such as screens viewed. This helps us understand how the app is used and improve it.
- Feedback — ratings and comments you choose to submit after a service is completed.
How we use your information
- To verify your identity via OTP (delivered by WhatsApp or SMS).
- To create, confirm, schedule, and fulfil your service bookings.
- To show services, prices, promotions, and offers relevant to your area.
- To send you booking status updates and service notifications, including push notifications you can turn off at any time in your device settings.
- To respond to your service requests and support queries.
- To analyse app usage so we can improve our services.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Our operations team and assigned service crews — the details needed to carry out a booking (name, phone, address, requested services).
- Service providers that power the app — such as push-notification delivery (Expo/Apple/Google) and WhatsApp/SMS OTP delivery. These providers process data only on our behalf.
- Authorities — if required by applicable law.
Data retention
We keep your account and booking information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your account data at any time using the contact below.
Your choices and rights
- You can use the app without granting location permission — enter a pincode manually instead.
- You can disable push notifications in your device settings.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored on access-controlled servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
